"If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten."
"I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment, and life's greatest rewards are reserved for those who demonstrate a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. This level of resolve can move mountains, but it must be constant and consistent. As simplistic as this may sound, it is still the common denominator separating those who live their dreams from those who live in regret."I need to be constant and consistent in losing this weight. It will not come off sitting on the couch waiting for that a-ha moment to hit. I'm inspired by so many of the weightloss blogs that I read on a daily basis, and how much some of you have accomplished. I have over 100 pounds to get off of my body, and health issues such a high blood pressure and pre diabetes. How much more motivation do I need? How about my family? I owe it to them and myself to take better care of my health. It's time I start taking my life and my health more seriously.
This Monday is the start to my very first challenge, it's the Slimmer this Summer Challenge at Debbie Does Dieting. I'm excited about starting, and I'm looking forward to the support and making of friends that this challenge will bring. I will be posting my goals for this challenge over the weekend. I will accomplish all of my goals, because I will not quit until I hit goal.
