My goal is to be able to run a 5k. July 1 is the date that I signed up to do my very first 5k, and I plan on following the Woman's Health training guide to get me there. I may end up repeating a few weeks, considering how much I am out of shape. I'll be running Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Here is the calendar from Woman's Health that I will be following.
